Owly ("we," "us," or "our") operates the workowly.com platform that connects event businesses with workers. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our website and services.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, profile details, business information) and information from third-party sign-in providers such as Google and Facebook (email, name, profile photo). We also collect usage data, device information, and location data when you use clock-in features with your consent.
How we use information
We use your information to provide and improve the service, authenticate accounts, facilitate hiring and job matching, process time tracking, send transactional emails, and comply with legal obligations.
Third-party services
We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for hosting, and optional providers such as Google Maps and Resend for email. OAuth sign-in is handled through Supabase; we do not store your social network passwords.
Your choices
You may update profile information in the app, request account deletion by contacting privacy@workowly.com, or revoke OAuth access in your Google or Facebook account settings.
