The service
Owly provides tools for event businesses to find, hire, and manage workers, and for workers to discover jobs, track time, and communicate with employers. Features may change over time.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Businesses and workers must comply with applicable employment, tax, and labor laws in their jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, harass other users, post false information, circumvent security, or use Owly for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Limitation of liability
Owly is provided "as is." We are not a party to agreements between businesses and workers and are not responsible for wages, scheduling disputes, or on-site conduct.
